Who uses it
One person: the operator, who is also the owner of the YouTube channel the software uploads to. There are no other users, no customer accounts, and no way for the public to connect a Google account to this software.
Why it asks for Google / YouTube permissions
To upload videos and read their status and performance, the operator connects the software to their own YouTube channel with Google OAuth. The software requests only the permissions it needs for the features above:

The software does not request access to the operator's Google profile, e-mail address, contacts, or any Google service other than YouTube. It never collects data from viewers of the channel, and it does not collect Google account data from visitors to this website.
